500g Whipped Cream 200g White Chocolate 5g Vanilla Paste 2g Sea Salt
Heat the cream to a simmer and pour over the rest of the ingredients. Whisk until it's fully dissolved. Cover and chill completely. Whip until medium peaks (careful not to over whip it.)
